All incoming orders are completed by the artist in a timely fashion. Turn around time varies based on the complexity of the artwork. Standard orders are shipped within a 7-10 day time frame.

Refund and Return Policies:

Personalized items are not returnable, nor refundable. When you place your order, please double check the spelling of the name. Eagle is not responsible for misspelled names, unless due to an error on our part.

Should Eagle make an error, your item will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
